JESSE DODY

Jesse is a CPA licensed in NY and a CFA charterholder. Jesse has been performing financial due diligence in the insurance brokerage industry since 2017 and owns and manages all aspects of engagements. In 2004, after getting a Masters of Science in Accounting at Binghamton University, Jesse began working as an auditor at Ernst & Young in NYC. Jesse took his career to a private equity firm in NYC where he worked as an accountant on several funds. After moving to Charlotte, NC in 2011, Jesse held leadership accounting roles at Ally Financial and Wells Fargo. Prior to founding Fortrust Diligence in July 2021, Jesse worked as a top diligence provider for four years with another firm where he executed diligence on nearly 100 insurance brokerage deals. Although originally from New York, Jesse now resides in Westborough, MA with his wife and two children.
BECCA SMITH

Becca Smith graduated in 2023 from Western Governors University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Accounting. Her career began with a tax internship at HMA CPA PS, providing her with valuable experience in tax preparation and financial analysis. Transitioning into the due diligence field, Becca brings a strong foundation in accounting and a keen eye for detail. Her commitment to excellence and passion for financial compliance make her a valuable addition to the team. Becca currently resides in Rexburg, Idaho, with her husband, where they enjoy the state's natural beauty and outdoor activities.
